Strategy
Use Ability 3 and trigger 2 layers of Harden as soon as possible. Use the ultimate ability as early as possible in a Team Battle and move into the middle of the fight to taunt as many opponents as possible. After using Ability 3, make the most of basic attacks.

Passive trigger: When Samurai X is in the Seimei Well, he can form a pact with a designated teammate. When both shikigami in the pact are within a 1200-yard range of each other, Samurai X will take 15% damage for the pact-bound teammate, and when both shikigami in the pact are headed in the same direction, they will gain a 20% Movement Speed bonus. Samurai X’s normal abilities will inflict enemy shikigami with a stack of Ancient Dust that lasts for 4 seconds. When an enemy shikigami has 2 stacks of Ancient Dust, they will be Petrified for 1 second.
Bushido Cut
Samurai X slashes in the designated direction, inflicting 90(+40%BonusAttack) (+30%BonusArmor) physical damage and 30% Slow on enemies in his path for 2 seconds.
Tomb Dust
Samurai X draws on ancient power, dealing 60(+40%BonusAttack) (+4%TargetMax HP) physical damage and inflicting a 15% Slow on nearby enemies.
When the pact-bound shikigami is nearby, that teammate will cast Tomb Dust of the same level once upon cast. A single cast will stack a maximum of 1 stack of Ancient Dust.
Stronghold
Samurai X enters the Sturdy state for 3, increasing his Armor by 15% and Movement Speed by 30%, and gaining immunity to Slow. At the same time, the next 2 basic attacks in the next 4 seconds deal 60(+15%BonusArmor) additional physical damage.
When the pact-bound shikigami is nearby, that teammate will gain 10% Movement Speed and immunity to Slow upon cast.
Hagakure
Samurai X starts to energize and increases movement speed by 20% with decreasing damage received by 10%. After a short delay, he taunts surrounding enemies for 2 seconds and deals 200(+60%BonusAttack) physical damage.
