Strategy
Rukia’s Ability 3 has excellent displacement capabilities and her Ability 2 can freeze enemies and bring her closer to them. The high damage reduction while her ultimate ability is charging means that Rukia has strong survivability in teamfights
Ability
Sodenoshirayuki
Passive Effect: Rukia uses Sode no Shirayuki for basic attacks, dealing (+100%Attack) (+5%Ability Power) magic damage to the enemy.
The next basic attack after Rukia casts abilities will deal an additional 30(+16%Ability Power) (+8*Current Level) magic damage and recover 20(+10%Ability Power) (+6*Current Level) HP.
Sokatsui
Rukia discharges Hado #33: Sokatsui in the designated direction, dealing 90(+40%Ability Power) magic damage and inflicting a 20% Slow effect for 1.5 seconds to enemies within range.
Passive Effect: After Rukia hits enemy shikigami or monsters with other abilities, using Sokatsui within 4 seconds will deal an additional 45(+20%Ability Power) magic damage to them.
Somenomai Tsukishiro
Rukia charges in the designated direction, creating an ice pillar within a circular range in her path after a short delay, dealing 110(+50%Ability Power) magic damage to enemies hit and freezing them for 1.1 seconds.

Rukia charges in the designated direction, dealing 90(+35%Ability Power) magic damage and inflicting a 65% Slow effect for 1.5 seconds to enemies in her path and in front of her final destination.
Tsuginomai Hakuren
Rukia raises ice particles in the designated direction and begins charging, during which she is unable to move, damage taken is reduced by 40% and she is Control-immune.
