Strategy
Repeatedly strike enemy shikigami using Ability 1, Red Tide Abyss, to rapidly trigger Ability 3, Dance of Annihilation, which restores a significant amount of HP while applying Slay to opponents. Smart and timely use of the ultimate, Blessing Kiss, can block enemy escapes and provide strong crowd control.
Ability
Passive: Dance of Annihilation
Active: Every 200 seconds, Izanami can turn into a fast-moving meteor and dash freely within the Seimei Well. The form ends when the duration runs out or when the skill is reactivated, causing her to crash down at her current position and deal 30 (+50% Ability Power + 20 × current level) magic damage to nearby enemies. This also grants the destruction energy needed to trigger [Signet Soul].
Passive: Izanami takes 12% reduced magic damage. She also gains [Annihilation Value], increasing her maximum HP by 25 whenever she helps defeat an enemy shikigami. This bonus is doubled if the enemy is slain using Sink.
Skill 1: Red Tide Abyss
“Izanami unleashes a forward shockwave from the Sea of Nothingness, dealing 60 (+60% Ability Power + 7 × current level + 2% of the target’s max HP) magic damage to enemies in its path. Each time the skill hits an enemy, she may dash once in the direction indicated by the movement joystick, allowing the ability to be used up to three times within a short window. The third strike has a reduced range but deals 150% damage.”
Skill 2: Blood Wedge
Izanami creates a targeted circular zone that slows enemies by 20%. After a brief delay, the area erupts, dealing 40 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage and rooting all enemies inside for 0.9 seconds.
Skill 3: Signet Soulfall
Izanami gains destruction energy whenever her skills strike enemies. She can then summon serpents to repeatedly channel this energy at nearby foes, dealing 15 (+18% Ability Power + 1.35% of the target’s max HP) magic damage per hit while restoring 15 (+7.5% Ability Power) HP. Healing is reduced to 80% when used against non-shikigami targets. Enemies struck by destruction energy gradually accumulate a slay threshold. When Izanami damages enemies whose HP falls below this threshold, they enter the [Sink] state.
[Sink]: Targets affected by Sink lose control of their movement and slowly advance toward Izanami, fully sinking into the Sea of Nothingness after 2 seconds.
Ultimate: Nether Coffin Prison
Izanami calls forth a massive serpent that releases a surge of energy, dealing 200 (+80% Ability Power + 5% of the target’s max HP) magic damage to enemies in a frontal area, knocking them back and slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds. A barrier forms along the edge of the attack, and any enemy slammed into the wall is stunned for 1 second.
