Strategy
Ability 1 inflicts a Decorum mark on enemy shikigami. A basic attack can be used to trigger all nearby Decorum marks after a period of time, granting a shield. After Ability 3 hits an enemy shikigami, using the second stage of Ability 3 forces the target to move. If the target moves to the edge of Ability 2’s Realm, additional damage will be dealt and a Knockup effect inflicted.
Ability
Decree
Inryo sets a law with his words, gaining 1 point of Discipline Power every 6 seconds (the interval is decreased by 0.1 seconds for each level-up) or when a nearby enemy shikigami casts a displacement ability, and gaining 2 points of Discipline Power when he controls an enemy shikigami. Upon reaching 6 points of Discipline Power, Inryo’s next attack deals 15(+50%Ability Power) (+4% (Every 125Ability Power increases 1%)TargetMax HP) bonus magic damage and he gains a 15% Haste effect for 4 seconds, 15(+6.5Current Level) Armor Resist, and 30(+5Current Level) Magic Resist.
Rule
Inryo throws a bamboo scroll in the designated direction, dealing 65(+45%Ability Power) magic damage and inflicting a 1.5 Slow effect for 50% second(s) on all enemies hit(Decays with distance, causing 20% slow at the farthest end). Also, inflicts a Decorum mark on enemy shikigami hit. If the enemy target marked with Decorum is still near Inryo within 1.8 second(s), the Decorum mark enters the Punishment state. When there is a mark under the Punishment state nearby, Inryo’s next basic attack will trigger all nearby Decorum marks, dealing 65(+60%Ability Power) magic damage to targets inflicted with the mark and gaining a 70(+15*Current Level) (+35%Ability Power) shield.
When an enemy shikigami marked with Decorum casts a displacement ability, the mark will immediately enter the Punishment state.
This ability deals 140% damage to minions.
Beast Cage
Inryo casts a Realm of Discipline in the designated area for 4 seconds. While the Realm of Discipline exists, it deals 60(+30%Ability Power) magic damage to enemies who touch the edge of the Realm while moving, and deals 120(+60%Ability Power) magic damage and inflicts a Knockup effect and then a 60% Slow effect on enemies who use displacement abilities to move through the Realm edge for 1 seconds. When Inryo controls enemy shikigami to move, the Knockup effect is also triggered.
Mandate
Inryo releases Martial Law in the designated direction, dealing 80(+40%Ability Power) magic damage and inflicting an 90%slow effect to enemy targets hit for 0.2 seconds. Upon hitting an enemy shikigami, cast this ability again within 3 seconds to control the enemy shikigami to move in the designated direction a certain distance. When controlling the enemy shikigami to move in the direction of the Realm, increases the displacement distance.
Talisman
Inryo summons a Tiger Spirit and orders it to dash in the designated direction, dealing 250(+55%Ability Power) magic damage and inflicting a Knockup effect to enemies along the path. After the dash, the Tiger Spirit will assist in attacking nearby enemies for 15 second(s), each attack dealing 60(+15%Ability Power) magic damage. For the duration, the Tiger Spirit’s attack will be enhanced for every two attacks. It will leap to a target to deal 60(+15%Ability Power) magic damage and inflict a Knockup effect to the target and nearby enemies. While the Tiger Spirit lasts, cast the ability again to change the Tiger Spirit’s target.
