Increases Shield Strength by 20/25/30/35/40%. Scoring hits on opponents increases ATK by 4/5/6/7/8% for 8s. Max 5 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.3s. While protected by a shield, this ATK increase effect is increased by 100%.

Once you have the Backup Plan passive skill unlocked for Ningguang, your Charged Attacks won’t use up any Stamina as long as you have at least 1 Star Jade. Using a Normal Attack will give 1 Star Jade, she can have up to 3 Star Jades at a time. Using a Charged Attack will fire all Star Jades at the enemy as well for increased DMG.
A good way to maximize Ningguang’s DMG is to hit an enemy twice with Normal Attacks then follow up with a Charged Attack, this will give Ningguang the maximum amount of Star Jades while also decreasing the time between each Charged Attack.
