Reduced counterattack damage makes him a good fit in a team but there’s actually nothing outstanding or relevant where I would recommend bringing him, even as an alternative to a top commander.
Decreases the current target’s counterattack damage for four seconds while dealing direct damage to it.
Flower War (Passive Skill)
This commander’s troops do more damage on neutral and barbaric forces. Each commander receives further training. 10% of attacks against barbarians will cause the target’s health to drop for three seconds. The effect is limited to one occurrence per three seconds.
Jaguar Warrior (Passive Skill)
Moctezuma’s troops I get bonus points for attacking and marching quickly. When troops use regular attacks, they are healed if the target has an HP reduction debuff. Only once every five seconds can the effect happen.
Triple Alliance (Passive Skill)
