By the light of the moon, Minerva’s speed is increased for 4 seconds. Casting blinds enemies within 850 range for 1.5 seconds.
MOON SHOT
Shoots a crystal arrow with its own vision radius and infinite travel distance, dealing magical damage and causing Stun to the first enemy hero unit it hits, and half damage to enemy units nearby it within a 500 radius. For every 750 range the arrow travels, the Stun duration is increased by 0.5s to a maximum of 3.5s.
FROSTBITE
PASSIVE: Minerva`s basic attacks debuffs enemy units with Frostbite, reducing attack speed and causing Movement Slow for 1.2s.
