Divine Julius (Passive Skill)
This commander’s troops sustain less damage. When his forces are attacked and have 60% or less units left, they have a 10% chance to unleash an effect that further reduces damage [received] for three seconds. There can only be one 5 second trigger for this effect.
City Killer (Passive Skill)
Caesar’s attacks have a 10% chance of reducing the opposing resistance for three seconds when they strike the city of another governor.
The Founders (Passive Skill)
