Hegemon uses his mighty sword to shine a beam, dealing magical damage to enemy units while restoring half as much in health to ally units. Restores half Mana when used on self. Effect is impacted by Intelligence.
ROYAL EDICT
Hegemon wields his imperial clout, dealing continuous magic damage to all enemies in a target area and slowing movement for 3s. Affected enemies may dispel the slowdown by simply casting an ability, but they will take bonus magical damage and be Silenced for 1s.
DOOM SWORD
Hegemon summons a giant doom sword down to crush a target enemy. During this time, Hegemon speeds up by 30% but cannot change the direction of this ability. Sword deals magical damage to the first enemy hit, and deals 300% damage to non-hero units.
CHAOS MARQUIS
Hegemon issues a terrifying threat to his rivals, removing all base armor and base spell resist to all enemies within range for 3s while dealing magical damage. Every 3 hits Hegemon deals to an affected enemy hero grants bonus magical damage and stuns enemy for 0.3s. Bonus effect may only trigger once per second. Max base armor reduction is capped at 100.
