Best combo for Harley Quinn in Multiversus are: Simple Hit Combo, Sticky Bomb Upward Launch Combo, Battering Launch Combo, Downward Launch Combo, Sticky Bomb Juggle Combo.
Combo 1: Simple Hit Combo
Ground Attack (Side), Ground Attack (Side), Ground Attack (Side), Ground Attack (Side)
Harley’s simple combo actually lands an extra hit than most of the other characters in the game. This simple combo is purely four side attacks one after another.

Combo 2: Sticky Bomb Upward Launch Combo
Ground Special, Ground Special (Side), Ground Attack (Up), Air Attack (Up)
This attack begins with attaching a bomb to your opponent and then performing two upward attacks with a small gap between them. If your opponent is launched, they should go flying from the bomb’s explosion.

Combo 3: Battering Launch Combo

The Battering Launch combo begins with your standard four-hit side combo, but after your opponent hits the ground again, you perform a down attack, followed by a neutral attack to pull out Harley’s Mallet and send your opponent flying.

Combo 4: Downward Launch Combo

The Downward Launch combo combines initial down and up attacks to bounce your opponent between the ground and the air as you follow them. From there you can follow up with your side ground combo or some air attacks and then the ground combo to create an extensive chain of hits.

Combo 5: Sticky Bomb Juggle Combo

This combo as it is is highly situational. This one kicks off with your neutral special and throwing the sticky bomb at an opponent. From there, you can do an up attack from the ground followed by two side air attacks. Do not perform a third or your combo will end and your opponent will go flying. Then, once back on the ground, end with your standard four-hit side combo.
