In Diablo Immortal, the Eye of Storm is a legendary monk weapon. Only players pretending to be Monks are able to wield Legendary Monk Weapons, which are distinguished by their special Legendary qualities. Legendary Gems can be used to socket Legendary Weapons and improve them at the Blacksmith.
