| Extreme basic Speed. Attacks defense with skill 1. His skill has a self-Attack bonus and AoE immunity 2. Possesses the stigma affliction (which reduces enemy healing and increases Combat Readiness). | He risks being punished for utilizing his non-attacking skill 2 before he can utilize skill 3 because 20% defense penetration isn’t much (although it’s still better than nothing). His s3’s defense break chance isn’t 100%, thus it’s a little erratic. |
How to play Ran ?
Ran isn’t the finest in PVE, but he makes a decent unit for PVP cleave teams. Ran’s damage is especially beneficial to have in a cleave team because to his extremely high base Speed of 129 and the fact that both of his attacking talents scale off of Speed.
