How to play Infinite Horizon Achates ?
Her speed is still horrible, but with the CR boost from skill 3, she can make up for that and concentrate on acquiring enough ER to prevent getting debuffed, albeit with just 35% base ER maximum, that too can be a little challenging.
It’s unfortunate that she can’t completely counteract the effects of the debuffs, but she has a substantial pool of buffs to which she can convert debuffs, like stealth, revive, and GAB, among others.
