The chicken’s statistics are appalling. But since you’re probably running a buy/sell build, anything with high stats in general, like Starfish or Buffalo, will make up for it.
Keeping a chicken as a pet is not difficult. Purchase Tier 1 pets when you come across them and sell them right away. Trigger pets like dogs and dragons should also be purchased. If there’s not enough gold, put it in the freezer for later use. Naturally, in order to make room for larger, more polished units in your business, you must sell the pets that are currently in your party. It’s advantageous if, with luck, you can even get a large chicken in the store to join and provide massive stats for itself.
