Passive: Precision
A Mark of Precision is applied to Moren upon each successful strike and power. At five stacks, Moren obtains 12 to 26 percent (a 1% increase every level) more life steal and the cooldown for Tactical Maneuver is immediately replenished.
Skill 1: Tactical Maneuver
For 1.5 seconds, Moren’s movement speed is improved by 40%. In the following five seconds, he launches two bullets with a combined physical damage of 25 (+0.85 AD)/(+0.91 AD)/(+0.97 AD)/(+1.03 AD)/(+1.09 AD)/(+1.15 AD).
