Civilian Threat Comp Build Guide
Team Comps Recommend: 2 Civilian + 3 Threat (Cho’Gath, Rammus, Vel’Koz).

All champions: Vel’Koz, Aphelios, Mordekaiser, Alistar, Cho’Gath, Rammus, Sivir, Galio.

How to play?
This comp uses the standard leveling strategy that revolves around a 4-cost carry.
Early game guide
Roll champions:
Using team comp: 3 Anima Squad + 2 Mascot + 1 Civilian. Mascots front line with some ap carry like Lux, Lulu, Yummi, Ezreal, Jinx.
Mid game guide
Roll champions:
Using team comp: 3 Anima Squad + 4 Mascot + 1 Civilian. Go level 7 at 4-1.
Late game guide
Roll champions:
Using team comp: 2 Civilian + 3 Threat + 2 Mascot + 2 Ox Force + 2 Sureshot. The key of this comp is it’s going to level 7 in 4-1 with a good amount of gold to roll for the double Vel’Koz and a solid front-line.
Carries Items
Recommend items for Velkoz:
- Jeweled Gauntlet: Grant 15 bonus Ability Power and 15% Critical Strike Chance. Damage from an Ability can critically strike.
- Rabadon’s Deathcap: Grants 50 bonus Ability Power.
- Archangel’s Staff: Grant 10 bonus Ability Power. Combat start: Grant 20 Ability Power every 5 seconds
Recommend items for Rammus:
- Bramble Vest: Grants 30 bonus Armor. Negates 75% bonus damage from incoming critical strikes. When struck by an attack, deal 75/100/150 magic damage to all nearby enemies (once every 2.5 seconds).
- Titan’s Resolve: Grant 2% Attack Damage and 2 Ability Power when attacking or taking damage, stacking up to 25 times. At full stacks, grant 25 Armor and Magic Resist.
- Dragon’s Claw: Grants 30 bonus Magic Resist. Every 2 seconds, regenerate 5% maximum Health.
Power of Civilian Threat Comp
If there is a Civilian alive, all allies are inspired to fight harder to protect them, gaining mana every 2 seconds
- 1 – +2 mana
- 2 – +5 mana
- 3 – +10 mana
- 1 – Threats are more powerful than other units. You may field any number of Threats, but they do not gain bonuses for being fielded with other Threats.
