Mecha Prime Duelist Comp Build Guide
Team Comps Recommend: 3 Mecha Prime + 2 Duelist.
All champions: Vayne, Miss Fortune, Sett, Jax, Kai’Sa, Riven, Ezreal, Fiora.

Go for this comp if you get a good anima squad start and the night’s edge augment for Vayne.
Early game guide
Roll champions:
Using team comp: 3 Anima Squad + 2 Mascot + 1 Civilian. Get an Anima Squad start and have jinx as the item holder for Vayne.
Mid game guide
Roll champions:
Using team comp: 3 Anima Squad + 2 Duelist + 2 Defender + 2 Recon + 1 Ace. Just make sure you get the Vayne night’s edge augment and build around her traits. Look to go 8 and 3 star Vayne if you can. If you get her early, look to go 9 and transition to the Leona frontline.
Late game guide
Roll champions:
Using team comp: 3 Mecha Prime + 2 Duelist + 3 Anima Squad + 2 Brawler+ 2 Defender + 3 Recon. This comp revolves around Vayne’s augment that gives attack speed to anyone holding a night’s edge.
Carries Items
Recommend items for Vayne:
- Edge of Night: Once per combat: At 60% Health, briefly become stealthed, becoming untargetable and shedding negative effects. Then, grant 15% bonus Attack Speed.
- Giant Slayer: Grant 20% bonus Attack Damage and 20 bonus Ability Power. If the target has more than 1900 maximum Health, deal 25% more damage with Abilities and attacks.
- Guinsoo’s Rageblade: Attacks grant 4% bonus Attack Speed. This effect stacks.
Recommend items for Leona:
- Dragon’s Claw: Grant 30 bonus Magic Resist. Every 2 seconds, regenerate 4% maximum Health.
- Sunfire Cape: Grant 150 bonus Health. Every 2 seconds, an enemy within 2 hexes is burned for 10% of their maximum Health as true damage over 10 seconds, and reducing healing by 30% for the duration.
- Warmog’s Armor: Grant 700 bonus Health.
Power of Mecha Prime Duelist Comp
Use the PRIME selector to designate a PRIME.
At the start of combat, the PRIME combines with the two closest other Mecha units, taking a portion of their base Health and Attack Damage.
- 3 – 75% Health, 75% Attack Damage
- 5 – 100% Health, 100% Attack Damage
Duelists’ basic attacks grant them bonus attack speed, up to 10 stacks.
- 2 +6% AS per stack
- 4 +12% AS per stack
- 6 +20% AS per stack
- 8 +35% AS per stack
