Abilities

Ultimate: Phantom Flashes

Calls to Summon Two ghosts appear behind her for eight seconds. Instead, the remaining phantom(s) receive an equal share of the 99% of the damage inflicted by Nimbus Eudora. As they fly to the target with the least HP, the phantoms burst, dealing 350% of Nimbus Eudora’s Attack damage when they die or vanish. When Nimbus Eudora uses her abilities, the phantoms attack with Basic Attacks.

Skill: Bolt Strike

Lightning bolts that are fired at the closest enemy by Nimbus Eudora deal three hits equivalent to 60% of the enemy’s attack. causes Storm Caller to do more damage each time.

All friends receive lightning power from Nimbus Eudora, which increases the damage dealt by their next 18 Basic Attacks by 3% of their target’s maximum health (up to 150% of the ally’s attack).

Passive: Lightning Fury

Nimbus Eudora deals an enemy damage equivalent to 100% Attack when they join her team’s side of the battlefield. This causes them to be stunned for one second and have their Attack reduced by 20% for six seconds. For the same adversary, this effect can occur up to once every ten seconds.
