Lu Bu
Lu Bu has no troop favorites (that’s nice) and also a nice damage skill and additional troop capacity. On the downside, he’s slow and lacks resistance against certain setups so, bottom line, I don’t really recommend him and I don’t see how he will make his way into the relevant circle of commanders in the future.
In a fan-shaped region facing forward, deals up to three targets direct damage (Damage Factor 400).
For every extra target, the damage done to each is decreased by 15%. Targets that are hit successfully also experience a 3-second, 20% reduction in defense.
Troops led by this commander deal 2% increased damage when attacking cities.
Man of Men (Passive Skill)
This commander’s troops experience a 3% increase in attack.
Attacks with a 10% chance can boost the attack of this commander’s troops by 30% (or 50% if Diao Chan’s men are included) for three seconds.
At most, this effect will occur once every five seconds.
Flying General (Passive Skill)
This commander’s troops get a 2% increase in roop capacity. The capacity for rallied troops is raised by 2% when this commander initiates a rally.

Lu Bu Pros and cons
Pros:
It has no specialization for soldiers; it can be employed as both primary and secondary.
Great Commander, beneficial for PVP.
It can accommodate a lot of troops for rallies and open-field operations.
It possesses an AOE great damage talent that imbues its enemies with a potent debuff.
Cons:
Lacks a healing component.
He is a sluggish leader with poor resistance to any particular army or unit.
Its primary purpose is to be a PVP commander, as it has no PVE skills or talents. It solely attacks cities.
