Ishtar’s Ability

Passive: Mark of Vengeance

Ishtar identifies the enemy god who most recently caused her harm for 10 seconds when her health falls below 75%. Ishtar receives a stacking Attack Speed boost each time she uses a Basic Attack to harm the targeted God. Ishtar obtains a movement speed boost if the designated God is killed or assisted. The cooldown for this passive is 20 seconds.

Skill 1: Imbue Arrows

Ishtar gives her arrows a divine glow, improving her Basic Attacks for six seconds in one of three ways. The three types are Storm Shot, a quick long range snipe, Spread Shot, a barrage of five arrows, and Strike Shot, a hurled explosive arrow. Throughout this time, Ishtar is unable to hit structures.

Skill 2: Rolling Thunder

Ishtar summons four lightning bolts in a row, each of which deals damage to an enemy nearby. Ishtar has the ability to direct the strikes’ motion. When an enemy takes more than one hit, they become entranced.

SKill 3: Jolt

Ishtar prepares her blades before charging forward and slashing any enemies that stand in her way. If she hits an enemy god, she stops, backflips off of them, and roots them for 1s. Ishtar discharges her bow as she is in the skies, damaging a God and the surrounding area. This shot could be a critical hit and start Basic Attack item effects.

Skill 4: Blades of Retribution

Ishtar acquires CC immunity and summons five light swords that she unleashes in front of her in a cone formation. Every blade renders foes helpless for 1.25 seconds. Ishtar has the ability to recall the swords to her location in 3 seconds after they arrive at their objective. An enemy is stunned for one second if they are struck by both the first firing and the recall. After the first sword strike, subsequent strikes deliver less damage and reset before recalling.
