Hwoarang Gameplay
Hwoarang excels at playing aggressively, and many of his actions put him in a favorable position—even on blocks. Due to his weak defensive skills, he is best at relentlessly pressing the opposition. Hwoarang makes up for his average speed with a set of long-range, high-damage kicks that are susceptible to counters. He is also equipped with a wide range of throwing techniques and punches, which are best used as quick jabs to keep opponents mid-air during juggles.
Hwoarang is not the most beginner-friendly character in the series due to his numerous stance changes and extensive move list. He is also one of the series’ most challenging characters.
