Reach Mastery Level 6 with the Fighter you want to unlock this ability. This process must be done with each Fighter individually.
How to unlock Perk Training
Reach Mastery Level 9 with the Fighter you want to unlock this ability. This process must be done with each Fighter individually.
Note: Most Perks are unlocked by leveling up Fighters, although, by training up a Perk for a Fighter that does not possess it will result in unlocking said Perk for said Fighter.
