How to play Adlay ?
With only 1 turn and a 75% chance at the maximum skill, Judge Kise’s cheap version has the AoE skill cooldown reduction. When comrades are attacked, he becomes more combat-ready. When an ally dies, his skill cooldowns also reset.
With his kit, he is more of a PvP character who may take opponents by surprise in lower level arenas. However, because resources are limited and there are better units to spend on, the majority won’t build him.
