BATTERY ASSAULT

Creates a ring of charged cogs around Clockwerk, trapping any nearby units. When the cogs are constructed, allies within of them get a magic damage barrier. When an enemy touches a cog outside of the trap, they are thrown back and lose health and mana. A cog will shut off once it has given a shock. Attacks from the enemy can break cogs, but Clockwerk only needs one to do it.
ROCKET FLARE
Ejects a flare with a global range that detonates over a specific region. Enemies nearby are damaged and momentarily slowed upon collision. Vision is available over the impact region for 6.0 seconds thanks to rocket flare.
OVERCLOCKING
Increases Clockwerk’s attack speed in Power Cogs and makes Battery Assault affect all opponents within its range. Rocket Flares fire extra rockets on either side of the target and have a shorter cooldown; Hookshot’s stun radius and duration are extended, and Jetpack travels more quickly. After the timer expires, Clockwerk is rendered unconscious.
