When this commander leads just infantry units, the troops have a 15% faster marching speed and an 8-second attack window during which they have a 100% chance of causing 5% more skill damage. This effect has an 8-stack stacking limit and can occur once every 4 seconds.

Vow to the Death Enhanced Skill: Stalwart

When under this commander’s leadership, troops have a 40% chance to deal skill damage to up to three enemy targets in a fan-shaped area (damage, factor: 50) and have incoming skill damage reduced by 50%.

The attack’s damage is decreased by 15% for each extra target.
