Chandragupta Maurya
Really effective in hitting cities and strongholds with his buff and a solid choice here with versatile use whenever you want to hit a city or stronghold. He’s not outstanding in the open field so I did decrease his overall ranking by a little for that.
Active Ability For three seconds, all forces under his command suffer more damage. They also receive one stack of Blessed, which for ten seconds raises the attack of cavalry troops by 15% per stack. Blessed can have up to three stacks.
Royal Elephant Brigade (Passive Skill)
The damage reduction of your troops is boosted by 2% when attacking a stronghold. After employing the “Hidden Moon” skill, obtain a stack of Blessed.
Arthashastra (Passive Skill)
All of this commander’s soldiers are cavalry, which increases health and increases the likelihood that every attack will add a stack of exhaustion to the victim, lowering defense and health. A stack can be stacked up to three times in a 5-second period.
Self-control (Passive Skill)
There is a 1% reduction in damage caused by cavalry. All troops have a 3-second 5% march speed boost after activating an active skill. In the meantime, every stack of Blessed is eliminated, and the target takes damage determined by how many stacks were eliminated (Damage Factor: number of stacks x 300).
Maurya’ s Might: Passive
Up to four stacks of the Blessed effect are possible. Every attack has a 50% chance of gaining one stack of Blessed when in allied territory. Every attack outside alliance territory has a 50% chance of success. There can only be one 5 second trigger for this effect.
Chandragupta Maurya Pros and cons
Pros:
Cavalry commander, quick and powerful.
It may be used for both Conquering and Attacking in Open Field PVP modes.
They call him a “exterminator” because of Chandragupta’s extraordinary capacity to do massive amounts of damage to his forces in a high percentage—among the highest in Rise of Kingdoms.
Cons:
It only targets one target and lacks AOE skill damage.
Lacks the ability to heal soldiers in combat.
