When deployed properly, thunderblades can maintain the damage boost.

2-piece Set Deal 24%/30%/36%/42% more crit damage to opponents with less than 60% HP. Four pieces Set Crimsons inflict progressive damage over a 5-second duration, equivalent to 18%/22%/26%/30% of ATK. Doesn’t stack.
Crow’s 2 set is the second greatest option for damage when it comes to high crit rate. If not, use two-piece Shiro matrices.

2-piece Set: 15%/19%/22.5%/26% additional damage and shatter when applied to targets with more than 50% HP. Four pieces Set Get a 35-second damage increase of 20%, 25%, 30%, or 35% when you start a battle. Five seconds after leaving a battle, reset.
