In Diablo Immortal, the Rime Mantle is a Legendary Wizard Armor Piece. The only way to get the special Legendary qualities of Diablo Immortal’s Legendary Armor is to equip that particular piece of armor. Legendary Gems can be socketed into Legendary Armor and improved at the Blacksmith. You can obtain higher level Legendary Armor by engaging in more challenging difficulty modes, such Hell 1 and Hell 2.

Rime Mantle Tier Ranking
Tier B: Rime Mantle has a mediocre worth. Its passive benefits and damage reduction make it handy. This armor will work well in the early to midgame, but it might not be enough in the late game.
It is highly recommended to farm for better armor.
