S+ Tier
These champions are currently extremely strong and very hard to counter and have the ability to carry and win every game.
- Nami
- Lulu
Role in team:
Nami (Support Lane): Nami is great at keeping your team alive and can pressure a lot in the laning phase to give your Dragon Lane partner a lot of breathing space.
Lulu (Support Lane): Lulu is great at keeping your team alive and can pressure a lot in the laning phase to give your Dragon Lane partner a lot of breathing space.
S Tier
Often first-pick in their respective roles. These champions very powerful and effective and have the potential to carry games.
- Braum
- Janna
- Pyke
Role in team:
Braum (Support Lane): If you are looking at playing support, and you want a champion that is good at protecting your team and being a big shield Braum is the right champion for you.
Janna (Support Lane): Janna is great at keeping your team alive so can pressure a lot in the laning phase to give your Dragon Lane partner a lot of breathing space.
Pyke (Support Lane): If you love being the playmaker for your team and going in for the kills, then Pyke is the perfect champion for you to try.
A+ Tier
These Champions will get you a win with good practice. In the right situation, these champions can perform very well.
- Thresh
- Brand
- Rakan
- Senna
- Leona
- Alistar
Role in team:
Thresh (Support Lane): Thresh is a tank support. He is a strong early game champion that transitions well into the late game with his strong zoning and crowd-control abilities.
Brand (Mid Lane): Brand can catch enemies off guard and burst them from 100 to 0 very quickly with his crowd control and damage from his abilities.
Rakan (Support Lane): If you like being at the forefront of engages and having lots of crowd control whilst also being super mobile to stay alive then Rakan is the champion for you.
Senna (Support Lane): Senna is a great carry support! She is not your traditional support that wants to sit back and peel for your team. She wants to be active, roam around the map and deal lots of damage.
Leona (Support Lane): If you like being at the forefront of engages and being that big front line tank then she is the right champion for you
Alistar (Support Lane): If you like being at the forefront of engages and being a big front line tank then he is the right champion for you.
A Tier
The impact of these champion is often lower than the above. In the right situation, these champions can perform very well.
- Seraphine
- Galio
- Sona
- Lux
Role in team:
Seraphine (Support Lane): Seraphine is one of of the only enchanter supports that have a game-changing ultimate that can carry the game whilst also giving your whole team an area of effect shield and movement speed.
Galio (Support Lane): If you like to do a lot of damage whilst also being able to survive for a long time then Galio is the champion for you.
Sona (Support Lane): Sona is great at keeping your team alive and can pressure a lot in the laning phase to give your Dragon Lane partner a lot of breathing space.
Lux (Support Lane): Lux does best with support items that give her shields more power. Also when Lux heals or shields an ally, they both get Ability Haste and Ability Power for a few seconds.
B Tier
These gods haven’t been favourable. Their impact is often lower than those in higher tiers.
- Soraka
Role in team:
Soraka (Support Lane): Soraka is great at keeping your team alive and can pressure a lot in the laning phase to give your Dragon Lane partner a lot of breathing space.
C Tier
These champion have little to no benefits when playing them. We would advise picking from a higher tier for better initial chances, unless it is specific to your team composition.
- Blitzcrank
Role in team:
Blitzcrank (Support Lane): If you want to play a tank support champion that can grab anyone from the enemy team and turn a team fight then Blitzcrank is the go-to champion for you!
D Tier
The worst of the worst.
Conclusion
Nami, Lulu are best Support champion for meta current. But Wild Rift is game requires communication and time investment to excel in it. You need talk with your team to make sure you have the same game plan and pick the champion that fits.
