Phinn’s Ability

Unstoppable

It is impossible to stop or stun Phinn. Instead, all effects that hinder movement are scaled back to mild slows, and silences are substituted for stuns.

Even attacks on his life are ignored by him as he gains passively 18% more armor, a shield, and maximum health from objects and effects.

Quibble

The targeted area is hit by Phinn’s anchor, which severely slows foes for 1.1 seconds.

Overdrive: The slow becomes a stun at maximum rank!

Polite Company

Phinn stomps the ground, harming any adversaries nearby and luring them in his direction. Allies in its immediate vicinity receive temporary fortified health as a result of the effect.
