Malene’s Ability

Masked Ball

At level 1, Malene can transform between her Light Form and Shadow Form using her ultimate. Malene’s basic attacks also cause crystal damage.

• Damage from simple attacks: 70–136 (level 1–12). 50% more crystal power and 100% more weapon power.
• After changing forms, Malene’s following basic strike is empowered for 6 seconds.

Light Ribbons

Malene fires light ribbons in a predetermined direction, injuring and paralyzing the initial adversary struck.

Shadow Tendrils

Malene sends out three shadow tendrils in the direction of her choice, each of which does crystal damage to any foes they encounter.

• Each tendril causes damage in a separate occurrence.
• Reduces the damage done to minions.

Royal Amnesty

Malene fills herself with light, giving herself a 3 second barrier and surge of speed.

Wicked Escapade

Malene instantaneously turns into a trail of shadows that lasts for 1.5 seconds, rendering her invulnerable and delaying any opponents she encounters. Enemies nearby her initial location take a large amount of damage when this effect expires.

Enchanted Transformation

Depending on the form Malene is in when she switches, she can change her powers and get an empowerment for her subsequent basic attack.

Malene’s Tips and tricks

Malene is my go-to character for the mid lane because there are better characters to harass the bot lane, although taking the top lane can be useful in a pinch. Although she has tremendous ability, I wouldn’t advise going on support with her. The support build won’t be explained here.

First game Don’t be reluctant to obtain gold because Malene is incredibly powerful. Get as much gold as you can since in the early game, she can even fight two opponents simultaneously.
