Ishtar’s Ability
Demonic Decree
Crystal damage is dealt by the demonic force that permeates Ishtar’s basic assaults.
- 75–163 damage (level 1–12) (Crystal power up by 28%)(+10% weapon strength)
Ishtar is able to call forth and direct Living Blades. Each Living Blade within range will launch a basic attack at the same target every time she uses a basic attack.
These characteristics describe them:
- On each basic attack, Living Blades deal 10 (+30% crystal power). After the initial attack, Living Blades that hit the same target deliver 25% more damage.
- To kill a Living Blade, it needs 4 distinct attacks.
- Living Blades receive 25% of Ishtar’s defensive stats and suffer damage from abilities.
- Turrets deal Living Blades damage equal to 75% of their maximum health.
- Ishtar’s distance from the Living Blades will cause them to vanish.
Shadow Razor
Ishtar launches a Living Blade in the direction of the target area, damaging any foes in its path. They will all dash in that direction if there are any other Blades on the battlefield. If they hit the same target, the second attack deals an additional 25% damage.
There may only be four Living Blades present. If all four are active, Shadow Razor will order them to all move in the direction of the target area.
Blade Whirl
Ishtar and all Living Blades execute a spinning slash that harms and slows adversaries nearby. Ishtar will see a temporary increase in movement speed if this hits a target. If the same target is hit, the second attack will deal 25% more damage.
This power’s passive effect increases attack speed by one every level.
Ascension
Ishtar creates four new Living Blades nearby before destroying all previously existing ones.
She also gains temporary empowerment that gives her additional vampirism and speed of movement. Now, basic attacks additionally launch two projectiles that do 50–94 damage (level 1–12), have a +20% crystal power boost, and have a +55% weapon power boost.
