Skill Name	Effect
Plus Ultra Skill: Corrective Restraint (PU)	Damage to a single opponent is 400%. reduces the speed of the opponent by 20% for three turns. Having a 40% medium probability will tie the opponent for two turns.
Action Skill: Hog Tie	All opponents’ speeds are reduced by 25% for three turns. When used in a second or later successfully executed skill chain, there is a higher chance (+20%) of binding. 25 percent chance of binding every opponent for one turn. Cool Down 6 Turns
Action Skill: Fiber Counter	After taking a standard assault, gives the character the ability to counter (150%) for 3 rounds. Additionally, for two turns, reduces all friends’ damage by 30%. Cool Down 5 Turns
