Star Guardian Defender Comp Build Guide

Team Comps Recommend: 3 Star Guardian + 4 Defender + 3 Mecha Prime.

How to play?

Play this comp when you have ways of stabilizing early with for example defenders.

Early game guide

Roll champions:

Using team comp: 2 Defender + 2 Brawler. Play the strongest tanky board possible to try and winstreak. Poppy is a good item holder for tank items.

Mid game guide

Roll champions:

Using team comp: 4 Defender + 2 Brawler. Play the strongest possible tank board and try to focus as much at leveling as possible.

Late game guide

Roll champions:

Using team comp: 3 Star Guardian + 4 Defender + 3 Mecha Prime. Use tanky units to stall for sunfire to burn, Syndra to have time to pull in your whole bench and leona mech to nuke their team.

Carries Items

Recommend items for Syndra:

  • Grant 20 bonus Ability Power. Every 3rd attack restores 10 additional Mana.
  • Grant 10 bonus starting Mana and 20 bonus Ability Power. Reduce the holder’s maximum Mana by 10. If the holder gets at least 1 takedown within 3 seconds of casting, gain 20 Mana.

Recommend items for Leona:

  • Grant 20% Omnivamp. Once per combat: At 40% Health, gain a 25% maximum Health shield that lasts up to 5 seconds.
  • Grants 15 bonus Ability Power and 15% Critical Strike Chance. Damage from an Ability can critically strike.
  • Grant 700 bonus Health.

Power of Star Guardian Defender Comp

Star Guardian TFT:

Once per combat at 50% Health, Guardians shield themselves and their closest ally for a percent of their maximum Health. Shields stack!

  • (2) 25% of max health shield
  • (4) 45% of max health shield
  • (6) 65% of max health shield
  • (8) 100% of max health shield

Defender TFT:

Innate: Shortly after the start of combat, Defenders taunt nearby enemies. All allies gain bonus Armor. Defenders gain more.

  • 2 +30 Armor, +60 for Defenders
  • 4 +60 Armor, +120 for Defenders
  • 6 +100 Armor, +200 for Defenders
