Civilian Hacker Comp Build Guide
Team Comps Recommend: 1 Civilian + 2 Hacker + 4 Admin.
All champions: LeBlanc, Annie, Sejuani, Soraka, Janna, Zoe, Camille, Blitzcrank.

Go for this comp if you get an early copy of LeBlanc, Soraka, or the Soraka, LeBlanc augment and a lot of AP/Mana items
Early game guide
Roll champions:
Using team comp: 3 Renegade + 2 Admin. For the early game starting with 2 Admin is the best. Then renegade gives us great early game dmg with Talon and Sylas as item holders.
Mid game guide
Roll champions:
Using team comp: 3 Renegade + 3 Admin + 2 Spellslinger + 2 Ox Force.
Late game guide
Roll champions:
Using team comp:4 Admin + 3 Spellslinger + 2 Ox Force + 2 Brawler + 1 Civilian + 2 Hacker.
Carries Items
Recommend items for Annie:
- Gargoyle Stoneplate: Grants 13 Armor and 13 Magic Resist for each enemy targeting the holder.
- Bramble Vest: Grant 30 bonus Armor. Negates 75% bonus damage from incoming critical strikes. When struck by an attack, deal 75/100/150★ magic damage to all nearby enemies (once every 2.5 seconds).
- Warmog’s Armor: Grant 700 bonus Health.
Recommend items for Leblanc:
- Blue Buff: Grant 10 bonus starting Mana and 20 bonus Ability Power. Reduce the holder’s maximum Mana by 10. If the holder gets at least 1 takedown within 3 seconds of casting, gain 20 Mana.
- Jeweled Gauntlet: Grants 15 bonus Ability Power and 15% Critical Strike Chance. Damage from an Ability can critically strike.
- Archangel’s Staff: Grant 20 bonus Ability Power. Combat start: Grant 10 Ability Power every 5 seconds.

If there is a Civilian alive, all allies are inspired to fight harder to protect them, gaining mana every 2 seconds
- 1 – +2 mana
- 2 – +5 mana
- 3 – +10 mana
Hackers gain omnivamp.
Hackers summon a H4ckerr!m that takes the unit in the Rider Hex into the enemy backline. The Rider is untargetable for the first X seconds of combat.
