Seled’s Weakening is a 1-Star Legendary Gem with its own special gem power, resonance, and combat rating.

Gain 60 seconds of 18% more damage after defeating an Elite monster. Adds 4% to all the damage you give to Elite monsters.

In practically every material, killing an Elite monster every 60 seconds is a simple task. This puts it among the top 2 star gems and provides a consistent damage boost.

You can equip it into any Primary Gear Slot: Main Hand, Off-Hand, Helm, Chest, Shoulders or Pants. Up to Rank 10, Legendary Gems gain power, unlocking new effects and developing in strength as they go.	You’ll probably utilize it until you locate some five-star gems, so give it a higher ranking.
