Incinerate	Ultimate	Ninety-nine obtains a 20% Attack bonus for 13 seconds, but at the cost of her 50% current HP, she enters “Incinerate” mode. She cannot automatically restore her energy while in the “Incinerate” state; all damage to her will be delayed by five seconds.
