Dream of the Night Sky

While dozing off in the night sky, Moonlight Cookie has a dream in which stars strike the skulls of the foes, delivering damage and imposing a DMG Increase debuff. Then, the battleground is illuminated by dazzling moonlight, which injures the adversaries and puts them to Sleep. When an enemy’s resistance statuses run out, those who didn’t fall asleep become drowsy and finally do so. Moonlight Cookie will replenish her own HP when she awakens. As soon as she is awakened from an enemy’s Sleep effect, she will also replenish her own HP. Moonlight Cookie is immune to the Beckoning Dreams effect because she lives in the World of Dreams. (The DMG to Max HP ratio is restricted at 300,000)
