Frozen Freshness		Kelvin surrounds herself with a “Low Temperature Field” that resembles a diamond. Inside, adversaries’ movement speed will be 20% slower.
Frost		Kelvin automatically applies “Frost” to an allied Sinner who has the lowest HP percentage during a combat, reducing damage by 28%. “Frost” gets eliminated after suffering damage. There is a 15-second cooldown on the effect.
Frigid Zone	Ultimate	Within the target area, Kelvin produces a “Frigid Zone” that slows down the movement speed of all nearby foes by 30% and deals magic damage to them per second equal to 180% of her attack. She is unable to automatically replenish her energy for the four seconds that this effect lasts.
