Increase his healing power. It’s… not really much of an increase, but it’s better than nothing. (Even though he still only heals about minimal HP on a tank.)

Using skill 1 plus healing, stun. Heavy barrier units are destroyed. For a Soul Weaver, a good foundation speed. AoE debuff removal with two turns of immunity for allies.
Minimum health. Healing is only fair. Unless you have a lot of HP stacked, you can be quickly nuked in combat.
