How to play Benevolent Romann ?
Full PvP skill sets are available from ML Romann. In PvE, silence isn’t a very helpful debuff. The fact that he is a light elemental means that he won’t “miss” in PvP, which is crucial. When he becomes skilled up, his s2 will render him totally resistant to having his Combat Readiness reduced. It is a highly powerful passive to possess.
He is a strong target for buff stripping because recent updates to his kit changed it so that his S3 will dispel before silencing. He is actually extremely useful in PvP right now.
