In Diablo Immortal, the Legendary Barbarian Armor Item is called Berserker’s Sanity. The only way to get the special Legendary qualities of Diablo Immortal’s Legendary Armor is to equip that particular piece of armor. Legendary Gems can be socketed into Legendary Armor and improved at the Blacksmith. You can obtain higher level Legendary Armor by engaging in more challenging difficulty modes, such Hell 1 and Hell 2.

Berserker’s Sanity Tier Ranking
Tier B : The value of Berserker’s Sanity is average. Its passive benefits and damage reduction make it handy. This armor will work well in the early to midgame, but it might not be enough in the late game.
It is highly recommended to farm for better armor.
