In Diablo Immortal, one of the legendary monk weapons is called Scolding Storm. Only players pretending to be Monks are able to wield Legendary Monk Weapons, which are distinguished by their special Legendary qualities. Legendary Gems can be used to socket Legendary Weapons and improve them at the Blacksmith.

Scolding Storm Tier Ranking
Tier B : The value of Scolding Storm is mediocre. Both damage and crowd control can benefit from it. This weapon will work well in the early to midgame, but it might not be enough in the late game. It is strongly advised to farm for a more advanced weapon.
About Weapons in Diablo Immortal
