A 2-Star Legendary Gem with its own special gem power, Power & Command also has resonance and combat rating.
Every nine seconds, the statuses of Power and Command switch. Power adds 24% more damage to your Primary Attack. Command adds 24% to the damage of all other skills. You have a 30% chance to remove a negative effect from oneself each time these statuses switch.
It can be equipped in the Main Hand, Off-Hand, Helm, Chest, Shoulders, or Pants Primary Gear Slots.
Up to Rank 10, Legendary Gems gain power, unlocking new effects and developing in strength as they go.
Primary attacks are used by all classes in between their skills. Using Power & Command at the right time during your rotations is crucial to increasing your DPS.

Completing Elder Rifts while using a Rare Crest or Legendary Crest
Exchanging Fading Ember at the Fading Ember Merchant
