Nightmare Wreath is a 1-Star Legendary Gem that provides Combat Rating, Resonance and it’s own unique gem power.
You have a 10% chance when you kill an enemy to cause other nearby enemies to flee in fear for 2.4 seconds. Fleeing enemies take 8% increased damage. 20 second cooldown.
This gem might be slightly useful for end game content, but by then you’ll have better gems. Replace this gem as soon as possible.
