One of Diablo Immortal’s Legendary Wizard Weapons is Force of Harakas. Legendary Wizard Weapons are exclusive to those who are playing as Wizards and have special legendary qualities. Legendary Gems can be used to socket Legendary Weapons and improve them at the Blacksmith.

Force of Harakas Tier Ranking
Tier B : The Harakas force is mediocre in strength. Both damage and crowd control can benefit from it. This weapon will work well in the early to midgame, but it might not be enough in the late game. It is strongly advised to farm for a more advanced weapon.
About Weapons in Diablo Immortal
One-handed and two-handed weapons are available in Diablo Immortal and can be obtained through chests, merchant purchases, or drops from bosses and enemies. Twelve gear slots are available for players to share with other in-game equipment components.
