Runes can be acquired through taking part in Elder Rift activities. But be aware that using Rare or Legendary Crests throughout your Elder Rift run is the only way to receive Rune rewards. Legendary Crests grant you three random runes, while Rare Crests only grant you one.
Challenge Rifts
Obtaining Runes from Challenge Rifts can also be beneficial as you advance through them. You receive ATI and FA runes as a reward from the event.
Fading Embers Merchant
