Skill Name	Effect
Plus Ultra Skill: Gravity Blow (PU)	500% of damage is dealt to a single opponent. If a character is impacted by Speed UP, skill impact is boosted by 30%. If the opponent is under the effects of Speed DOWN, skill impact is raised by 30%.
