Action Skill: Skanda the Runner	Allies’ speeds are increased by 30% during three turns. Cool Down 4 Turns
Action Skill: Turbo Charger	Increases a single ally’s Plus Ultra Gauge by 50%. The ally’s speed is also increased by 15% for three turns. Cool Down 5 Turns
Auto Skill: Class Committee	20% more speed is added to all allies who are U.A. High Class 1-A characters.
