How To Get
During the “3 days of Clashmas” event, which took place in the run-up to Christmas 2016, the players received the Ice Wizard as their third gift; the first two gifts were the Freeze Trap and Santa’s Surprise, which was back.
Strategy
Unless they are positioned extremely close to a defense that the Ice Wizard is targeting, defending Barbarian Kings, Archer Queens, Royal Champions, Clan Castle troops, or Skeletons from Skeleton Traps are essentially unkillable by Ice Wizards because they prioritize defenses.
Put them behind meat shields, like Giants and Golems, since they both give defenses priority.
